1. Free Consultation
The initial 60-minute consultation is free of charge and carries no obligation. This session is intended to determine if your business and FitBiz Formula are a good fit to work together.

2. Services Offered
FitBiz Formula provides lead generation via Facebook and Google ads, CRM system setup and automation (including email, SMS, and WhatsApp), booking system integration, and lead follow-up support. Custom services may be agreed upon in writing.

3. Onboarding & Setup
Once agreed to proceed, onboarding must be completed within 7 days of invoice/payment. We will set up your CRM account, automations, and booking system based on the information you provide. Timely cooperation is required to avoid delays.

4. Payments & Billing
All service packages require upfront payment unless otherwise agreed. Payment plans (if offered) must be completed in full. No refunds are issued once services have commenced.

5. Commitment Period
All monthly service packages require a minimum 3-month commitment, unless stated otherwise. After this period, services may continue monthly or be paused with 14 days’ written notice.

6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate business information, access to social media/business accounts, and remain responsive during setup and campaign management. Failure to do so may affect performance and timelines.

7. Performance Disclaimer
While we use proven strategies and systems, results vary based on your niche, location, ad budget, and business operations. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, bookings, or conversions.

8. Lead Handling & Data
FitBiz Formula provides lead generation, automated follow-up (via email, SMS, and WhatsApp), and manual phone follow-up to help secure appointments. While we make every effort to book leads into your calendar, we do not guarantee conversions or show-ups. You are fully responsible for closing sales and ensuring leads attend their scheduled appointments, including sending reminders or making confirmation calls prior to the session.

9. Cancellation & Termination
After the initial 3-month period, services may be canceled with 14 days’ notice. Early termination during the initial period is not refundable.

10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep business and client information confidential and not disclose it to third parties without prior consent.

11. Intellectual Property
All strategies, automations, systems, and materials created by FitBiz Formula remain our intellectual property and may not be replicated, sold, or shared without written permission.
